Events planned for 2009 include :-

Sunday 8th February - 1928 High Beech Anniversary – Memorabilia Sale & Market.
The event usually held at High Beech this year is moving to the Speedway Museum in The Paradise Wildlife Park, White Stubbs Lane, Broxbourne, Herts, EN10 7QA.
There is plenty of parking and entry will be free. The memorabilia sale will be housed in a marquee, food will be available and the organisers are hoping to stage a cycle speedway demonstration. (Weather permitting)
The VCSRA committee will be attending and be happy to answer any questions about the Association

Thursday 7th May. Spring Golf Day, Stableford Competion, Darenth Valley Golf Club, Kent. Meet at 11.00am for Bacon Roll & Coffee, 1st Tee-off 12.00pm. Any Member and their Guests Welcome

Wednesday 29th July (PROVISIONAL DATE TO BE CONFIRMED) VCSRA Gathering & Nostalgia Day for Members and their families at Paradise Wildlife Park and Speedway Museum Broxbourne, Hertfordshire. Park opens 10.00am., all entrance fees etc.to be paid by Members on the day.

Saturday 10th October. 4.30pm VCSRA Annual General Meeting to be held in the Monks Barn at the Ye Olde Plough
Motel, Bulphan, Essex. Members Wives or Guests may gather in the adjoining residents bar were refresements will be available if they do not wish to attend the meeting.

Saturday 10th October. 14th Annual Dinner/Dance, music by the well known Essex Band 'Speed Limit' to be held in the Monks Barn at the Ye Olde Plough
Motel, Bulphan, Essex. Guests gather in the bar at 6.30pm for meal at 7.0pm
