Keeping you up to date with what "Old Skid Kids" are getting up to

Events held or planned for 2011 include :-

  • Saturday 9th April 3.30pm - VCSRA AGM - To be held in the Long Bar at Rye House Speedway by the Kind Permission of the Promoter and the 1st VCSRA President Mr Len Silver. VCSRA members and their Partners will be admitted FREE (it will be helpful if you bring along your membership card) and will be welcome to stay for the racing and purchase a supper from the stadiums Fish Bar.

  • Sunday 17th April 10.00am- The 1928 High Beech Anniversary Celebration of Speedway – Memorabilia Sale & Market` at The Speedway Museum in the Paradise Wildlife Park at Broxbourne Hertfordshire. The VCSRA Exhibition Stand will be there manned by members of the committee who will be happy to answer any questions you may have about the activities of the association.

  • May - Spring Golf Day at Darenth Valley Golf Club Kent - To be arranged

  • September - Autumn Golf Day at Langdon Hills Golf Club Essex - To be arranged

  • Late September - . Lunch & Afternoon get together - To be arranged

  • November - 16th Annual VCSRA Dinner/Dance - To be arranged
